Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return.

Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at sales@ecofoliate.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Pack your item securely, include the return form, and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@ecofoliate.com.
Exchanges
We kindly ask that you choose your product with care, as we do not offer exchanges. However, if a return is needed, as outlined above, we welcome you to place a new order to select a different item that suits your needs.
